You’re never too young or too old to get involved in the exciting world of health. Children’s Health Education Center offers programs for pre-teens and teens that help you stay healthy and learn life-long skills.
This Teens and Kids site was built with you in mind. You can learn about some exciting programs for your class or just for you. If you've been to CHEC or had CHEC in your classroom, you can learn more about your educator. We also have lots of games and activities for you to play that are fun and challenging.
