If you think Teen Health Crew is for you we strongly encourage you to apply! Each spring we recruit teens in the Milwaukee area for the next program year. In order to be considered you must be entering 9 - 12 grade in the fall, be in good academic standing and have a passion for being a good role model to children of all ages. Selected applicants are invited to audition every spring.
To apply you must fill out and return the application, general recommendation and teacher recommendation forms by May 7th, 2010.
