What is Super Saturday? Do I need to register for two classes or can I just take one?
Super Saturday is a free event held twice a year at CHEC that provides participants an opportunity to attend two sessions regarding a variety of topics in parenting and caregiving. The event begins with a light breakfast along with a chance to win free door prizes. Each participant chooses a class from each of the two tracks. The first session begins at 9 a.m. and the second session begins at 10:45. Continuing education credits are provided for these classes.

I noticed that the Successful Sitter program is a full-day program; do I need to attend with my child? What does my child need to bring to the class?
Children ages 11-14 are allowed to attend the Successful Sitter/CPR class at the CHEC. Children must be 11 years old at the time of the class. CHEC does not make exceptions to this rule. Parents do not attend the course with their children. It is requested that participants bring a pad of paper, pen or pencil, a sweater or sweatshirt since room temperatures vary, and a bag lunch with a snack and drinks. We do not have vending machines at CHEC.
