Children's Health Education Center makes sure that everyone within our local community is properly educated about health and fitness. That includes parents and caregivers, who can learn about health through outreach programs in Milwaukee. Thanks to Kohl's Department Stores Inc., CHEC Kohl's Healthy Kids educators can bring high-energy and interactive programs called Health Breaks to you.

These classes offer unique learning experiences to parents and teachers that can't be found anywhere else, and will help parents learn about proper child care. Find an outreach program offered in the metropolitan Milwaukee and Fox Valley areas.

Outreach programs by grade
Our outreach programs vary by the age level of our students. Activities for first graders will obviously have to differ from activities for fourth grades, which is why we offer different programs to suit individual needs. Our outreach programs include:

• "Safety on the Go" - Grades 1-2
• "Body Basics I" - Grades K5-2
• "Eat To Live I" - Grades K5-2
• "Operation Fixit: Bullying" - Grades 3-4
