This fun, easy-to-implement program focuses on obesity
prevention through nutrition and physical activity. The program consists of six, 10 minute
lessons on topics such as the food and activity pyramids, physical activity, go and whoa
foods and goal-setting. Its flexible design allows for student-centered, teacher-led instruction

Act Now!, an interactive, game-based program for 4th and 5th graders (formerly known as Bullyfree Basics), developed in collaboration with the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, teaches students how to recognize bullying, what to do when bullying takes place and how to deal with bullying situations.
